Terms of Sale
The commercial terms that apply when you order from Richard Decor.
Quotations and orders
Quotations hold for 30 days. An order is formed when you sign off the sample board and specification, and a 50% deposit is taken at that point for made-to-measure work. The balance falls due on installation.
Measurements
Where we survey, the measurements are our responsibility and any error arising from them is ours to correct at our cost. Where you supply measurements, they are yours — we will flag anything that looks wrong, but we cut to what we are given.
Delays
Mill delays and shipping disruption occasionally push a lead time. We will tell you as soon as we know, and you may cancel without penalty if the revised date moves by more than three weeks.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights you hold in your own jurisdiction.
