Privacy Policy
We collect what we need to design, make and fit for you, and nothing beyond it.
What we hold
Your name, contact details, delivery address and the specification of your order. For consultations we also hold the measurements and photographs taken during the survey, because we cannot make anything without them.
What stays on your device
Your cart, wishlist, comparison list and recently viewed items are stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. Product recommendations are calculated in the browser from that same local data — your browsing behaviour is not sent to us or to any third party for profiling.
Sharing
We share your address with the carrier that delivers to you and, where applicable, your payment details go directly to the payment provider — we never see or store card numbers. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act within 30 days. Survey photographs are deleted twelve months after installation unless you ask us to keep them for a future phase.
Anything unclear here is our fault, not yours — ask and a person will answer.
