Shipping & Delivery
Everything is crated, insured and tracked. Where we install ourselves, delivery and fitting are booked as a single appointment.
Where we ship
We ship to 60 countries. In 14 cities our own fitters carry out white-glove installation; elsewhere we deliver to your door or to your contractor, with fitting instructions and hardware schedules included.
Cost and timing
Standard delivery is complimentary on every Australian order — no minimum spend. Express Post is a flat $15 if you want it sooner. International orders are $20. Made-to-measure pieces leave the workroom four to six weeks after sign-off; stocked accessories ship within two working days.
On the day
Your fitter calls two days ahead to confirm access, parking and any building restrictions. Installation of a typical six-window scheme takes half a day, including dressing and steaming every fold before we leave.
